One app, priced by monthly order volume. How the bands work, what the trial covers, and what happens if you cancel.
Cartie is one product priced by how many orders your store does per month. Every band unlocks the entire app — every widget, unlimited A/B tests, full analytics. Only the price changes. Billing runs through Shopify, so charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.

#Free trial
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You get the full app for those 14 days and are not charged until the trial ends. The trial is once per store — resubscribing later starts billing immediately.
#Choosing a band
In Settings → Billing & Plans, slide to your monthly order volume and subscribe. Shopify shows you the charge to approve.
#Automatic upgrades as you grow
Cartie tracks your real order count on a rolling 30-day window. When you outgrow your band, you get a prompt to approve the higher charge — Cartie can never raise your bill on its own, because Shopify requires you to approve every change.
#Downgrading
Move the slider down and confirm. You cannot pick a band below what your live order volume actually needs — Cartie would only have to bill you back up within days, and that cycle ends with your cart being withdrawn.
#Cancelling
- Cancel from Settings → Developer → Cancel subscription, or from your Shopify admin.
- Shopify stops billing you.
- Your cart keeps serving for a 7-day grace period.
- After that the storefront reverts to the default Shopify cart.
- Nothing is deleted. Layouts, experiments and analytics stay exactly as they were, and resubscribing brings your cart back as it is now.
#Uninstalling
Uninstalling from Shopify admin ends the charge and removes Cartie from your storefront. You may also want to toggle the Cart Widgets app embed off in your theme so nothing is left pointing at it.
#Complimentary access
Development stores and Shopify Partner test stores get the full app free — build and test as much as you like before the store goes live.
#What is billed and what isn't
- Flat monthly price per band. There is no per-order usage fee on top.
- No feature gates. No widget, experiment or report is reserved for a higher band.
- Building is free. You can build, preview and design without a plan — publishing to your storefront is what needs one.
