Settings
Store profile, brand colours, theme extension, integrations, email notifications and developer options.
Settings has six tabs. Here is what lives in each.
#Profile
Your store details and the contact email Cartie uses for notifications. The store name, domain and logo come from Shopify.
#Billing & Plans
Your current plan, your order volume over the last 30 days, and the band slider for changing plans. See Plans & billing.
#Storefront
- Storefront appearance — four store-wide brand colours (primary, background, text, accent) applied to every cart. Saving republishes your live cart. A cart that sets its own colours in the builder's Cart settings overrides these — see Cart appearance.
- Theme extension — a direct link to your theme editor for enabling or checking the Cart Widgets block. See Enable Cartie in your theme.
#Integrations
- Custom webhook — POST conversion events to your own HTTPS endpoint in near real time. See the API & webhooks page for the payload.
- Marketing integrations — Klaviyo and Omnisend are on the roadmap; until then, the custom webhook is the way to pipe Cartie events into your own stack.
#Notifications
Email preferences, each independently switchable:
| Notification | Sent when |
|---|---|
| Winner detected | An experiment passes all four decision gates. |
| Data collection complete | An experiment reaches 100+ conversions per variant. |
| Weekly digest | Every Monday — a summary of experiment performance. |
| Experiment expiring soon | 48 hours before a test passes the 14-day soft limit. |
| Product updates | New Cartie features and announcements. |
#Developer
- API access — generate an API key for the REST API. The key is shown once and stored hashed; regenerating invalidates the old one immediately.
- Shop identifier — your
.myshopify.comdomain, useful when contacting support. - Purge CDN cache — forces every storefront to fetch the latest cart configuration right away. Reach for it when a publish does not seem to have landed.
- Cancel subscription — ends your plan. Covered in Plans & billing.
